One man band is a short produced by Pixar animation studios
and directed by Mark Andrews and Andrew Jiménez in 2005.
A little
girl with a gold coin goes to one source for ask for a wish, but she find two
street musicians. The two musicians want the coin and compete to get it, but
the coin falls and disappears down a manhole. The little girl is sad and angry,
and she catches one of the violins of one musician and starts to play the
instrument. Someone gives her a lot of money, but finally she doesn’t give any
coin to the musicians and she throws the coins to the font.
I think that this short
shows that the greed is always bad. The end is very surprising, and definitely,
is a very good animation.
